This policy explains what personal data fullnfab.com collects when you browse, create an account, buy, review a product, or join the newsletter — and why.

What we collect

Account: name, email, and password you choose.
Checkout and orders: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and what you bought.
Invoices: order details plus our legal name and GSTIN.
Reviews: rating and text from a logged-in verified purchase. Your account name is shown; your email is stored on the comment and is not shown on the product page.
Newsletter: email only, after you confirm the link we send. Confirmed addresses are stored with Resend. A one-time 10% coupon may be emailed after confirm.
Track order: order number and email you enter.
Delivery check: pincode (and product weight) sent to Shiprocket for India serviceability.
Payments: Razorpay processes the payment. We do not store full card numbers.

Who processes data for us

Razorpay — payments (INR in India, USD outside India when a rate is set).
Shiprocket — India shipping and pincode checks.
Resend — newsletter email.
Hostinger — website hosting.
Google Analytics — only if you allow analytics in the CookieYes banner. See the Cookie Policy.

Why we use it

We use this data to fulfil and support orders, run your account, send newsletter mail you opted into, issue invoices, prevent abuse (for example review rate limits), and — only after you allow analytics cookies — understand how the shop is used.

Your choices (India DPDP)

Email care@fullnfab.com to ask what we hold, correct it, or delete account or newsletter data we no longer need. We keep order records as required for tax and accounting. We do not sell personal data.

Grievance contact

Write to care@fullnfab.com. We have not named a separate grievance officer on this page.

International visitors

If you order from outside India, your data is processed in India by us and by the processors listed above. Import authorities in your country may also see shipment details on the parcel.
